Anti-UAV Technology Application Scenarios
In military conflicts, anti-UAV technology is essential to protect military facilities, secure forces and ensure the smooth conduct of combat operations. On the battlefield, UAVs can carry weapons to attack enemy targets, and can also carry out reconnaissance and surveillance to provide intelligence support for their own side. Therefore, the application of anti-UAV technology can effectively reduce the threat of enemy drones to their own. In the Syrian war, the Russian army has widely used anti UAV technology, through the deployment of a variety of anti UAV systems, intercepted and destroyed a large number of enemy UAVs, and protected the safety of its own military facilities and personnel. In addition, anti-UAV technology has also become an important exercise course in military exercises. Since 2019, all major military exercises of the Russian army have included anti-UAV courses, through which the anti-UAV combat capability has been continuously tested and improved. In the civilian field, anti-UAV technology also has important applications. Civil airports are the key areas to prevent the threat of drones. Once drones break into the airport airspace, they may collide with civil airliners and cause aviation accidents. Therefore, airports need to take effective anti-UAV measures to ensure flight safety. In addition, when holding large-scale sports events, concerts and other activities, drones may be used to carry out terrorist attacks, illegal shooting, and so on. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the activity, it is necessary to use anti-UAV technology to control the activity site and the surrounding airspace.
